Mondays to Fridays: 10 am to 1 pm and 2 to 4 pm
(Closed for lunch break from 1 to 2 pm)
Saturdays: 10 am to 1 pm
Closed on Sundays and Victorian Public Holidays.
Note:
1. Calls and text messages will not be answered outside our check-in / check-out hours.
However, all bunnies & guinea pigs will continue to be looked after outside our business hours, 7 days a week (including Sundays and Public Holidays).
2. Drop-offs and pick-ups must be done during our check-in / check-out hours only
(otherwise surcharges will apply).
Surcharges will be imposed for drop-offs or pick-ups outside our standard check-in / check-out hours.
3. Appointments are absolutely essential for check-ins, check-outs and inspection tours.
To keep the premises quiet and peaceful for our bunny and guinea pig boarders, our premises are not open to visitors except during inspection tours on scheduled Saturdays.
Moreover, we are sometimes out for vet appointments, purchasing of daily vegetable supplies or transport of boarders. Therefore, turning up at our premises without an appointment is at your own risk.
